About The Job:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training Program is a temporary position for colleagues hired into the PCT Training Program without experience or training as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Under direct supervision, the PCT in training will assist the clinical staff in the provision of patient care. These duties may vary by shift or may be unit-specific. The PCT in training is trained in the provision of care for patients of diverse ages.
Adheres to the principles of Service Excellence Guiding Behaviors and the philosophy and mission of MercyOne Siouxland in all aspects of job performance.
