    We are looking for a kind and passionate CNA to work in healthcare facilities or patients' homes to provide care for them. A CNA will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.

    Work Hours & Benefits

    • Location – Facilities in Los Altos, Palo Alto, San Mateo and Fremont
    • Schedule– AM shift every Saturday and Sunday
    • Job Type - Concierge
    • Education/Learning – Free certifications and courses will be at your fingertips every day to help you grow in your position and gain professional experience for future opportunities.
    • Paid Sick Leave
    • Mileage Reimbursement – We'll provide you with the technology to track your mileage and we'll compensate for all travel from one client to another.
    • Performance Evaluation - Be evaluated after 3 months of active employment.
    Education, Experience, Skills, and (Licensing) Requirements:
    • Education – High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
    • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback. We're also looking for individuals that are compassionate, trustworthy, and service-minded.
    • Certification and Other Requirements:
      • Must have a CNA certification
      • Must have a CPR certification
      • Must have a smartphone for clock in/out and communication
      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • Authorized to work in the United States
    CNA Job Responsibilities:
    • Providing physical support for patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing up, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising
    • Ensuring patients receive an appropriate diet
    • Reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
    • Obtaining information from physicians, caregivers and nurses
    • Track patients' condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities
    • Measuring and recording food and liquid intake and urinary output
    • Report changes to medical or nursing staff.
    • Recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature
    • Observe and record patients' behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
