Business Systems Analyst

6-month CTH

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: Up to $56/hr., dependent upon experience

The Sr Business Systems Analyst will focus on functional analysis, project activities, and other tasks to support key legacy Distribution Platforms applications. In addition, the Analyst will work with key stakeholders to develop functional design info, change management documents, etc. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope & objectives. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on experience, and judgment to perform the functions of the job. Day-to-day, you will analyze, document, and refine processes to support cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to understand and improve complex processes while maintaining clear, concise documentation is crucial. You may develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, timelines, and flowcharts to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.

Must Haves: BA/BS bachelor's degree, Five (5) years of Information Technology (IT) related experience, specifically program and/or product management, Four (4) years analysis, project management, or similar experience

Nice to Haves: Technical Skills. Understanding hospitality/ reservation systems and platforms (Legacy system is what they are using). Eager to learn.

Years of Experience: 5-7 (preferably 7)
