- Source, filter, and screen potential candidates for available positions within the company utilizing an ATS
- Coordinate interviews with our internal recruitment team
- Assist with maintaining current job requisitions
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email correspondence memos, letters, or forms
- Provide general administrative support to interdepartmental staff as needed
- 1+ years of Recruitment experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- High school diploma required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- $18 – $22 / per hour

As a rapidly growing organization, Blue Science is looking for an individual to join our team who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills.We are searching for a dynamic Recruiting Administrator to join our Team to assist with talent acquisition and administrative tasks within our Dallas office. You will be collaborating with the recruitment team to source, recruit, and interview candidates for open positions, in addition to assisting with administrative duties, such as data entry, scheduling, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and customer service experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
