Working with an oil and gas distribution construction crew, doing traffic control
Flaggers performing traffic control on closed roadways, slow and stop sign
All spots are GTW following the completion of Onboarding
Candidates will be required to wear steel toes
Candidates must have reliable transportation. There may be days where they work multiple job sites in the KC Metro area

Candidate must complete a 4 hour training video prior starting and will spend the first two days in orientation at the Mears office.

The onboarding process will go as follows:
1. Candidate gets onboarding paperwork, drug
2. Once they clear that, they will get sent them the ATSSA flagger course. They are paid 4 hours for taking the course. That is paid at minimum wage, and we bill it back at a 20% markup. No one
makes money on it.
3. Once they pass the course, they are cleared to start for the client. We then lock down a start date.
