Position Purpose:

Our warehouse associates form the core of our company's triumph. They work diligently, securely, and autonomously to ensure the seamless movement of products throughout our distribution operations, while upholding top-notch quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Person is responsible for the handling and tracking of all incoming, outgoing, and stored items within the warehouse premises. They handle the unloading, stocking, selection, and replenishment of products.

Key Duties may comprise but are not confined to:

Receiving and locating all incoming goods to the designated pick area.
Restocking order picks and flow lines to ready the warehouse for order selection.
Ensuring adequate product placement to meet regular or special demands.
Maintaining meticulous attention to detail by overseeing various areas such as balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned zones.
Transferring merchandise from the receiving area to its rightful location. Consolidating items into picking containers when necessary.
Packaging products securely in cartons and totes, ensuring proper labeling and marking.
Facilitating the safe and efficient movement and monitoring of incoming, outgoing, and stored products within the warehouse.
Preserving inventory accuracy by adhering to established processes.
Picking orders as per sequence on the delivery route/run list.
Recording quantities of materials received or distributed.
Completing end-of-shift tasks like charging power equipment and validating completed work.
Maintaining an organized workstation; returning supplies and products to assigned locations.
Adhering to preferred work methods, safety protocols, and company guidelines. Ensuring a safe work area and reporting any unsafe conditions promptly.
Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime if required

Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly during shifts

Aptitude for lifting, stacking, and pulling products from shelves, as well as restocking items, of various weights ranging from 10-35 pounds and up to approximately 60-90 pounds based on the location, throughout the shift

Comfortable working in diverse temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas

Eligible to acquire certifications for operating powered equipment such as Forklifts

Successful completion of post-offer drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution experience

Experience in foodservice distribution or related industries
