    How You'll Make an Impact:

    Step into the heart of digital content creation as a Project Specialist with Carter's

    In this role at Carter's, you'll drive the project process from start to finish; coordinating meetings, delivering reports, and ensuring timelines are met.

    This role reports to the Project Manager, IT, on a hybrid onsite reporting position based in our Buckhead Office.

    50% Task Management:

    • Managing content process flow and status
    • Reporting on content process flow and status
    • Managing digital content stakeholders
    • Managing content asset release for all digital channels
    • Managing post-release site and app content refresh process
    • Prepare Weekly Reporting deliverables
    • Additional Administrative tasks such as meeting materials preparation, email communications, etc

    20% Schedule Maintenance:

    • Provide daily schedule updates and communications across cross-functioning partners
    • Maintain schedule documents
    • Facilitate weekly scheduled review meetings for cadence and projects
    • Schedule weekly cadence and project meetings and maintain invite lists

    30% Partnership/Communications:

    • Communicate with cross-functional teams and PM to ensure timelines are met/adjusted as needed
    • Partner with PM to maintain knowledgebase for content processes, flowcharts, and additional materials as needed
    • Take the lead on small-scale change management

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
    • Extremely detail-oriented
    • An ability to be proactive and resolve potential conflicts
    • An ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Knowledge of shared file management and other administrative procedures
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Possess familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
    • An ability to prepare and interpret reports, flowcharts, schedules and action plans
