    FULL DESCRIPTION:
    As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the mechanical design and engineering efforts for various projects.

    You will work closely with project teams, clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure that mechanical systems meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.


    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    Leading the design and engineering of mechanical systems for buildings, facilities, and infrastructure projects, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy management systems.

    Conducting load calculations, energy modeling, and equipment selection to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
    Developing and reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
    Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate mechanical designs with overall project requirements.
    Reviewing and interpreting mechanical codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and safety (ASHRAE, NFPA, IMC, IPC, etc.).
    Conducting site visits, inspections, and testing of mechanical installations to verify design integrity, functionality, and performance.
    Providing technical support during construction, commissioning, and operation phases of projects.
    Mentoring and coaching junior engineers, designers, and technicians in mechanical engineering principles and best practices.

    The selected candidate will also possess:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (PE, LEED, etc.) is a plus.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
    Extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering for commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
    Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HVAC load calculation software, etc.
    Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy management systems.
    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
