Job Title: ON-SITE - Oracle/ETL Developer - HBITS

Location: Albany, New York 12237

Duration: 05 Months

Job Description:

60 Months Experience with relational database management systems.

48 Months Experience with Oracle 10g or higher.

48 Months Experience writing complex stored procedures with the use of triggers.

48 Months Experience with designing and implementing ETL architecture using Oracle Data Integrator, Talon-D or IBI Data Integrator to ensure export data quality.

48 Months Experience staging data for any purpose based on business requirements

48 Months Experience providing data warehouse/data mart end user support.

24 Months Experience developing and managing data structures.

12 Months Experience designing, coding, deploying, and/or managing a case management or insurance claiming application. (include description of the case management or insurance claiming application)

12 Months Experience with querying data within a Cram Social Program Management database (version 4.5 or higher)

Candidate has a bachelor s degree in an Information Technology related field.

Project: New York State Early Intervention (EI) and various Health Portfolio projects as needed within the agency.

Detailed Description:

NYSDOH needs temporary contractual services to support the Early Intervention Program with the New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS) and other DOH data systems.

This application is used to address the Early Intervention Program s (EIP s) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers claiming, service provider s payment, 3rd party insurance claiming (commercial and Medicaid), state vouchering, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with Federal and State requirements.

The individuals in this position will support the legacy system by resolving help desk data change tickets. The individuals will also support a transition to a new Early Intervention system, using their knowledge of the application data gained from processing data changes, to ensure that data is being migrated properly from the legacy system to the new system.
