Job Description Position Description Translate and transcribe foreign language text and audio into English
Type in the required language in real-time, via social media, text message, email, and other flora, and therefore should be familiar with current web-based communication technologies
Preference will be given to candidates who can also speak in the foreign language and whose skills allow them to engage in casual, informal written or verbal conversation with native speakers
Should have familiarity with some/all of the following platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
Moderator or focal point for social media page or activity a plus
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience interpreting, transcribing, and translating.
• Collecting pertinent information from published, online, and broadcast media.
• Watching/monitoring published, online, and broadcast media while identifying relevant content.
• Summarizing/gisting pertinent details of text or recorded material providing an easily digested format.
• Expertise in the areas of cyber.
• Must pass language testing with ILR 3 in translation (RU>EN) and speaking, listening, and reading.
