**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Electromechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling parts, positioning, aligning, and fastening to assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and power tools. You will assign work, instruct, and check the work and procedures of assemblers of lower classification and helpers. Your tasks will include working from complicated drawings, schematics, and specifications, and you will apply your strong hands-on technical skills in electrical assembly processes including control integration and applying basic electrical and mechanical principles. Additionally, you will plan and lay out work that requires variations in standard procedures, cut, form, and connect wiring in accordance with specifications utilizing available space for best workmanship and provide input on product and process improvements, as well as corrections to drawings, specifications, or bill of materials.
**Hard Skills**
+ Proficiency with basic hand and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, crimpers, soldering irons, hand drills, Dremel, sanders)
+ Ability to read and work from complicated drawings, schematics, and specifications
+ Experience with electrical assembly processes
+ Skill in cutting, forming, and connecting wiring in accordance with specifications
**Soft Skills**
+ Ability to instruct and oversee lower classification assemblers and helpers
+ Strong hands-on technical skills
+ Ability to provide input on product and process improvements
**Job Type**
This is a permanent position.
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Sussex, Wisconsin.
