    Using the collective insight from nearly 1 million hours of professional intervention, we guide students to three areas of evidenced-based support: self-guided, community/peer interactions, and chat-based counseling provided by licensed Counselors. These areas of assistance are designed to match each individual student's current needs, wants and goals as well as identify and refer to higher level of care when needed.

    A role with Kooth is an exciting opportunity to join the pioneers of digital mental health and wellbeing. Through online counseling you will be helping to provide youth and students with access to immediate and often crucial support. Kooth uses technology to remove any barriers that could prevent students from accessing the help that they need.

    While students have 24/7 access to Kooth's digital programs, messages and content can be created at any time. This role will be a full-time position focused on providing moderation services to users who are working through the platform.

    You will be at the heart of what Kooth is doing. You will be:

    The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring system performance, analysis, provisioning, the day-to-day administration of, and supporting project delivery for the organization. The candidate will be experienced with and have deep technical expertise in administering Google Workspace, Azure AD, M365, Intune, Jamf, Slack, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare/Cisco Umbrella. The candidate will also be experienced with M365 applications, tools used to manage the Workspace, and practices used to secure the space. This person will be part of the IT team and partner closely to implement plans and procedures to address improvement needs.

    • Ongoing documentation of systems and team collaboration
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
    • Understand and manage complex systems
    • Good knowledge of security compliance frameworks: ISO, NIST, CIS, GDPR
    • Test new releases of products, system patches and vulnerabilities to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact
    • Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed
    • Ensure necessary administration tasks are completed
    • Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases
    • Report project status as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts
    • Ensure the smooth deployment of applications
    • Ability to troubleshoot, understand, execute, and communicate root causes and implement solutions to resolve issues
    • Lead/Work on system initiatives and new projects
    • Perform vulnerability and patch management administration across the environment.
    • Demonstrate the ability to present areas of expertise to team members
    • Works with IT staff to determine specific needs and how to implement technical solutions best
    • Demonstrated experience integrating and maintaining systems
    • Resolve all escalated support tickets
    • Proven experience hardening Windows Systems using CIS or similar frameworks
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    Experience & Education:

    • Minimum 8+ years of experience in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure and Google.
    • Minimum 8+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting production environment issues
    • Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
    • Must have extensive knowledge: Azure AD, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Intune MDM, Azure Services
    • The pay range for this position will be $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with bonus potential.
