    YOUR ROLE:

    The Corporate Trainer supports YFA's organization initiatives through designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for employees across various Programs and Departments. This role works closely with the HR Department to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives. This position will also support the recruitment and talent acquisition in sourcing the best talent for YFA, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • Develop, implement, coordinate, and present leadership programs, ongoing trainings, and leadership bootcamp
    • Collaborate with HR and Senior Leadership to identify areas of development
    • Enhance employee engagement, team building foundations, and cultural change initiatives
    • Maintain ownership of all data and assessment tools related to training and development
    • Coach and mentor emerging leaders, developing their skill and implementing YFA Standards
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
    • Maintain training records and documentation
    • Manage and track introductory evaluations, annual reviews, and succession planning
    Requirements

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in talent development, presenting and facilitating talent management, and leadership development programs or related experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft software to include Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
    • Proficient in verbal and written communication verbally
    • Maintains a professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels
    Physical Requirements: This position requires the employee to work with computers most of the day. Ability to lift 30 pounds, bend, stand and sit for extended periods of time.

    This position is placed on a hybrid work schedule with three (3) office days two (2) remote days. Schedule is subject to change due to in-person trainings scheduled for this role.
