    Accounts Payable Clerk
    Downtown Tulsa, OK

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Enter invoices from outside vendors ensuring accurate coding to GL or Client/Matter accounts
    • Processing check requests from attorneys for court matters
    • Processing check requests for employee reimbursements
    • Track employee parking
    • Track out of state CLE expenses and reimbursements
    • Enter payments made by branch offices using Imprest accounts process
    • Organization of attorney Bar memberships and payments
    • Enter, Pay, and Track attorney business development accounts
    • Close AP and open Billing at the beginning of every month
    • Analyze vendor statements for missed payments, over payments/credits, and billing accuracy
    • Support Controller and accounting department with miscellaneous projects and tasks as required
    • Maintain the confidentiality of all financial matters exposed to during the course of performing job duties
    • Some overtime may be required during month end and year end closes

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in Accounting and/or Business preferable
    • 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in law firm or professional services firm
    • Experience in cash accounting environment
    • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
