    Performs financial analysis in support of Finance and Land departments. Creates financial feasibility models and due diligence packages to evaluate acquisition targets. Assists Finance Leaders in identifying operational improvement opportunities and presenting findings to management.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Completes land acquisition feasibility modeling, including critical evaluation of inputs from multiple departments
    • Conducts financial analysis to understand business drivers and competitive environment to help drive towards improving business results (profitability and returns)
    • Assists Land and Finance teams to ensure appropriate documentation of all land entitlement and development expenditures and budgets
    • Leads monthly reviews with Land and Finance teams to reconcile all land balances and development budgets. Ensures all lot cost assumptions are appropriate and documented.

    MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES LEVEL:
    MENTOR / COACH / FEEDBACK Without Direct Reports - Delegates work according to employee's abilities and skills- Provides input to employee's performance evaluations- Assists in the identification of internal and external training opportunities- Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors)
