- NJ Principal Certificate or Eligibility required.
- Early Childhood Experience 4 yrs or more
- Demonstrates strong leadership in areas of instruction, assessment, supervision, curriculum, evaluation, and budgeting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and the school community.
- Strong knowledge of NJ standards
- Previous experience as an Administrator preferred.
- Experinece with Social Emotional Learning and Initiatives
- Working knowledge of Restorative Practices
- Ability to exercise good judgment and promote a safe and secure learning environment.
