- Overseeing and administering the region's workers' compensation program.
- Managing the administration of workers' compensation insurance program.
- Providing support to executive safety committee.
- Updating policies and procedures for workers' compensation.
- Assisting leadership and associates with claim issues.
- Building positive relationships with State OSHA departments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation.
- Experience with 3rd party partnerships and/or Care 24 preferred.
- Understanding of safety protocols is advantageous.
- Efficient Computer Skills.
- Basic Microsoft Programs knowledge.
- Experience with Risk Programs.
- Willingness to travel across the region, including overnight stays.
- Driving may be required at times.
- Long periods of sitting and computer work.

Job Overview:
This position entails managing the Care 24 program (nurse triage incident reporting line) to provide proper support for work-related injuries to our associates.
The role involves collaborating closely with the business, a 3rd party partner, and the Worker's Compensation Leader to ensure adherence to WC policy and enhance the associate experience.
