    Compensation:

    $65,000 - $80,000 yearly BOE

    Responsibilities:
    • Process paperwork, timelines, and contractual compliance for home buyers and sellers
    • Oversee and direct a strong dedicated team of Virtual Assistants to handle the bulk of the daily work
    • Coordinate all aspects of home sale/purchase with escrow, cooperating agent, lender, and other applicable vendors
    • Schedule all contractual outside services
    • Consistent, predictable, and reliable communication to team clients
    • Act as liaison between the team sales agent and all other parties
    • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and innovate as unexpected issues arise
    • Real-time database maintenance and integrity
    Qualifications:
    • Strong team mentality
    • Knowledge of CAR Forms and Paragon
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs; experience using Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) and CRM software
    • Superior understanding of the real estate sales cycle
    • Excellent organizational, filing, time management, and prioritization skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to make solid business decisions, problem-solve, and multitask
    • Proven ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and objectivity
    • Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback on work performance
    • Strong team mentality
