- Maintain and ensure accuracy of ADP Workforce Now
- Participates in full life cycle recruiting activities with a sense of urgency
- Assist with employment advertising and candidate screening
- Assists with scheduling interviews
- Ensures recruiting process is progressing appropriately
- Distributes recruiting materials
- Identifies additional recruitment sources
- Coordinates with staffing partners on difficult to fill positions
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assists with paperwork management
- Run reports as requested
- Assist Corporate Team Leads with administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
- HR internship or two years of administrative support experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and human resource terminology preferred.
