    We are looking for a passionate to Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring and serving.

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • State licensed RN
    • Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
    • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
    • Excellent observation, good nursing judgement and communication skills. Understands hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying.
    • Understands principles of pain/symptom management.
    • Strong interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Excellent educating/training skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    • Experience with Hospice and/or Home Health Electronic Medical Records / EMR Software is preferred
