About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.

Manage cash drawer and ensure all financial transactions are balanced.

Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.

Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
