Key responsibilities Vendor team communication data entry coordinating suppliers resolving inquiries cross-functional teams Ensure all billing associated inventory supply chain accurate validated ready processing Assembling addressing stamping arranging shipment merchandise materials Assist daily scheduling deliveries pick-ups production locations Keep precise records commodities going out company required Traveling personal vehicle regional work area required Successfully completing 12-month WBLP training curriculum including required safety certifications technical competencies performance milestones Day life Logistics Specialist reviews Data Center inventory in-bound shipments ongoing demand ensure proper stock levels maintained assigned data center support build repair activities Working Logistics Manager create plans optimize flow parts lifecycle tracking inventory location movement age returns You will closely Data Center Operations Technicians Data Center Engineers fulfill parts quickly accurately Also interface directly Procurement Hardware Engineering purchase new parts vendors process RMAs receive replacements Regular ongoing communications vendors resolve issues understand business requirements necessitates high-level communicator In addition Logistic Specialists required understand aspects production adhere strict safety standards maintain very high quality willing able powered equipment forklift cherry picker Candidates will work warehouse data center environment depending region All candidates should willing independent collaborate team prioritize tasks effectively communicate react quickly Responsible reliable personal vehicle valid driver license travel regional area weekdays weekends holidays may require shift rotations nights days include primary responder rotation after-hours support as needed
