- Training schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm for 2-3 months
- Official schedule: 5pm-5:30am on rotation
- $17-19/hour (based on experience)
- Temp to hire
- Operates a machine to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components.
- Running, stacking, and changing coils/watching gear motors
- Prepares, sets up, and adjusts machine as required by product plans and production schedules.
- Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
- Measures and aligns materials to be used.
- Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Performs routine maintenance on the machines.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Performs other related duties assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of related work experience operating machinery.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans (drawing/blueprint).
- Basic computer and math skills.
