    Multiple positions available for mid-november 2024

    PURPOSE
    Elopak is building a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Little Rock.

    We are looking for hands-on, experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join the pack If you have proven industrial maintenance experience and familiarity with PLCs, this is an opportunity you need to pursue with a global company.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair to industrial production machinery and equipment;
    Cooperate with supervisors, machine operators, and other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repair of production equipment;
    Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting motors, belts, drives, replace filters, and other preventative maintenance actions;
    Troubleshoot and repair all types of plant and production equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, etc);
    Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Must have Health and Safety mindset.
    Must have excellent mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for production equipment.
    Ability to communicate across departments.
    Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Must have 5+ years experience in maintenance.
    Must be able to read blueprints.
    Must be able to read and understand electrical instruments.

    Schedule:
    12 hours shifts (day and night, non rotating)
    8 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
