Pay Range: $58,000-68,000 annual base salary
Job Summary
The Recruiter independently manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles by partnering with the Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers. This role is responsible for proactive sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, job posting management, and maintaining high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System. The Recruiter serves as a trusted recruiting partner to the business, delivers a high-quality candidate experience, and provides coaching and guidance to junior recruiting staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple concurrent requisitions across functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and ATS databases; create, post, and manage job announcements in accordance with internal standards.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and conduct in-depth phone and virtual screenings to evaluate experience, competencies, and organizational fit, providing informed candidate recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and stakeholder communication to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining recruiting momentum to meet established timelines and hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate records, disposition tracking, and interview notes.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction, and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruiting policies, employment regulations, and best practices throughout all stages of the hiring process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Demonstrated sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple recruiting channels
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage requisition load, 10-20 open positions simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, persistence, and accountability for recruiting outcomes
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR and business teams
- Candidate-first approach with strong customer service orientation
Education & Experience Requirements
- 2–5+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Prior experience in automotive or medical device industry a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple role types
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, ATS tools, and direct outreach
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required; Workday Recruiting experience preferred
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and HR teams required
- Valid Drivers license required
- Occasional travel required for events and training, as needed.
