Job SummaryGeisinger is seeking a full-time BC/BE nephrologist to join our group located in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
We are looking for an energetic individual committed to the delivery of clinical care and dedicated to teaching and medical education.
Our team consists of seventeen nephrologists and four physician extenders who participate in the department's expanding activities, which reflect broad programmatic and scholarly interests.
Job Duties
The Department of Nephrology provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient subspecialty services, including inpatient evaluation of AKI, critical care consultation, CCRT, acute and chronic dialysis, outpatient management of CKD, a comprehensive metabolic nephrolithiasis clinic, multidrug-resistant hypertension clinics, pretransplant kidney evaluations and postoperative/long-term management of kidney transplant recipients.
