Loss Control Inspectors focus on providing quality inspections, engineering services, and business solutions to ensure customers avoid losses and recover promptly from any that occur on insured equipment. The Engineering department offers a range of services catering to various customers, from small dry cleaning operations to large utility plants:
This role involves fieldwork and is crucial to maintaining the quality and service provided to customers and their equipment. It requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with integrity.
The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and work experience with boilers, pressure vessels, or nuclear reactors. However, the required work experience can be substituted with an engineering degree.
New inspectors undergo 12 weeks of intensive training to gain the necessary experience. Regular training sessions are conducted annually to keep inspectors updated with industry standards, supported by technical experts from the company.
