• Competitive Pay- $85.00-$90.00 per hour
• Shift Days-Monday-Friday
• Shift Times: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Location: Alternating between Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and Los Gatos

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, dietetics/nutrition/pharmacy
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing or registered dietician experience
• Valid license based on location of practice as a Dietitian (must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration), or Registered Nurse, or Registered Pharmacist
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
• Must have knowledge on setting up and receiving approval for diabetic supplies including diabetic pumps and dietary needs for diabetic patients
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of direct diabetic experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of diabetes diagnosis teaching
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience specifically dealing with diabetes

Preferred:

• EPIC experience
