    Product Management Intern Summer 2024

    Job Summary:

    As one of the largest utility-scale solar tracker technology companies in the world, Array Technologies has broad global customer base and portfolio of products, software and services that continuously drive growth.

    We are seeking an intern in the Product Management function to help fuel the growth within our product portfolio. You will report directly to the VP of Product Management and will gain exposure to what it is like to be a product manager in a publicly traded solar company.

    Through our paid internship program, youll gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end product management lifecycle by assisting in the development and implementation of specific product related projects

    Duration of Internship: May 20th August 9th

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead and own a project from start to finish within the product management function. The project will require problem-solving, resourcefulness and a willingness to bring fresh ideas.

    + Assists with new product launch activities, and special product launch projects.

    + Assess market requirements and customer segmentation for new products and offerings.

    + Support customer engagements and help conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC)

    + Conduct research on market trends, competitors and identify potential new areas of opportunity.

    + Shadow leadership to develop an understanding of culture and operating systems.

    + Be part of a summer internship program where you get leadership exposure inside and outside of the product management, technology and innovation teams.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in: Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or another related field.

    + Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

    + Ability to work creatively and strategically.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + This position is located onsite in our Chandler, AZ office.

    + Relocation is not available for this role.

    + US Person is required for this role.
