Our client is a global leader in the high-performance battery separators (used for EV (electric vehicles)) industry .

They are seeking a Quality Manager for their Johnson City TN location who will lead the efforts to obtain IATF 16949 certification for the lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery separator expansion project.

maintain the company library of compliance resources ensure company third party accreditations are maintained. coordinate internal audits monitor the compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements Ability to work without needing immigration sponsorship Degree 5 years experience Ability to work onsite in the Johnson City TN area IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems experience.

Project Management experience Experience with IATF certification (Automotive, etc.) Auditor Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills. Able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot. LI-SK3
