- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.
- Timely, effective, and respectful communication with employees, vendors & customers.
- Develop project plans and timelines and perform kick-off meetings and quality checks.
- Review & approve the scope of work and remeasure windows, doors, siding, & roofs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, changes, delays, conflicts, and status reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and margins.
- Conduct project closeout and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.
- Ability to perform minor repairs as needed for the company.

- Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, organization, leadership & team management skills.
- 5+ years of residential construction experience (preferably in the exteriors.)
- 2+ years of experience in a construction project management position with a strong skillset in estimating, exterior projects, and roofing.

This division includes windows (we were recently selected to be the exclusive Certified Installing Retailer of replacement Marvin Windows & Doors, siding, soffit, gutters, facia, and roofing. The chosen candidate must demonstrate the ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail oriented. JOB DETAILS
Sales reps sell the projects, write the scope of work, and present signed contracts. The job is then handed off to the project manager to complete-report to Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full Time,Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4/5 PM as needed.
Work Location: The service area is within approximately 60 miles radius of the St. Louis Arch.
