    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that new clients have a seamless and positive experience as they transition from the sales process to becoming fully onboarded customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues or questions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and expectations, and ensure that these are effectively communicated to the onboarding team.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (such as operations, finance, and customer support) to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed accurately and efficiently during the onboarding process.
    • Create and maintain detailed onboarding plans for each new client, outlining key milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the onboarding process.
    • Provide training and support to clients as needed to help them navigate our products/services and maximize their value.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding process and enhancing the client experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 7-15 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
