- Ensure timely completion of internal and external reporting.
- Analyze and summarize financial reporting accurately.
- Support plant operations team in various financial aspects.
- Manage monthly reporting and analysis.
- Assist in budget preparation and analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable and cost accountant.
- Support annual product costing process.
- Recommend policies and procedures for company objectives.
- Conduct detailed analyses and identify key performance indicators.
- Drive projects for cost savings, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize work activities and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of Finance/Accounting experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead change successfully and drive projects to completion.
