Job summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential in-home care and assistance to participants enrolled in the PACE program. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.Responsibilities
- Provide assistance, support, and guidance for participants in their homes
- Travel to participant residences to provide personal care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility using mechanical lifts when required
