Job DescriptionLove & Honey Fried Chicken in Philadelphia, PA is looking for one front of house supervisor - $15/hour+tips+paid time off to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 1100 N. Front St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Currently, we are hiring for a FULL-TIME Front of House Team Supervisor.
The schedule is Wednesday - Sunday 2:00 PM - 9:45 PM. Wednesday and Thursday are negotiable, however must be available Friday - Sunday. Currently, we are closed Monday & Tuesday.
Our restaurant is BUSY. We work HARD. We expect EXCELLENCE from everyone who works for us. We have an incredible team that CARES about making customers happy and serving great food. There is a reason that Love & Honey Fried Chicken has been named Best of Philly, and has won national recognition from the Today Show, The Food Network, and Southern Living magazine. Everything we do, we do with a high level of integrity. We expect the same from our team. We're looking for hard-working, self-motivating, trustworthy, reliable people who have an excellent work ethic. The interview process starts with your references. We take the word of those you worked for VERY SERIOUSLY. We require three professional references from previous employers.
Responsibilities include but to limited to:
Working take-out window: taking orders and assisting customers
Cash and credit card handling - counting down drawers
Working sandwich assembly station
Working expo station
Side work: preparing 2oz sauces and assembling take-out boxes
Re-stocking stations, paper goods, etc.
Nightly cleaning with closing team
May be asked to work opening shifts on occasion
The supervisor position would have increased responsibilities.
Offering $15 per hour + tips and paid time off
Growth opportunities and promotions will be available as the business grows.
