- Possess excellent communication abilities.
- Supervise all direct staff, administrative, and volunteer.
- Be familiar with different funding streams, state and federal.
- Locate, develop, and maintain networks and partnerships with relevant service providers, community organizations, business and educational institutions and assist staff to do the same.
- Assist with writing mandated federal and state reports, fulfilling contractual requirement of the housing program and services.
- Submit require paperwork on a timely basis.
- Be Responsible for keeping strict confidentiality of all protected information concerning staff, volunteers, and residents.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Perform other duties needed to help drive our vision, and fulfill our mission, that "The poor should never be treated poorly".
- LIHTC Certified
- Five (5) years' of management experience in affordable rental developments
- Previous leadership experience in Senior Care Setting
- Supervisory experience
- Computer proficiency all Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in health and social services preferred or related work experience.
- Dependable and cooperative.
- Ability to deal with many different people and personalities.

Position Summary:
Senior housing manager will provide a safe, comfortable, and affordable environment for seniors.
This role is responsible for the development of collaborative relationships with outside services such as Social Security Administration, Medicare, Housing Authority which will help the residents age in place with dignity and the respect they deserve.
In this role the manager will supervise all direct staff, and keep strict confidentiality on all residents, staff, and volunteers.
