We're seeking a performance-driven Assistant Manager (Sales & Operations) ready to lead sales execution, coach team members, and develop into a future Store Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role with direct accountability for sales performance, team development, and operational execution. You will work alongside your team on the sales floor, drive daily results, and help create a culture built around solutions-first selling and outstanding customer experience.

What This Role Is About
Assistant Managers play a key role in driving store performance. You will:
- Lead by example in sales conversations and customer experience
- Coach and develop Sales Consultants and Technicians
- Monitor daily sales metrics and performance targets
- Support inventory, merchandising, and operational execution
- Step into store leadership responsibilities when needed
This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow into Store Manager positions by consistently delivering strong results and building high-performing teams.
Pay & Earning Potential
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $ $26.00 per hour
(Approximately $54,000 - $61,000 annually based on scheduled hours) - Includes base pay, built-in overtime, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives
- Leadership-level earning potential tied to store performance and results
- Structured leadership development and advancement path to Store Manager

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or high-performance sales experience
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in retail sales leadership
- Background in wireless, automotive, electronics, or specialty retail
- Experience managing performance metrics and coaching team members
