    Our client is a fast-growing and diverse, food and feed probiotic supplement manufacturer with a commitment to quality products is seeking a Quality Manager to join their growing team


    Pay: $60k-70k


    Shift:

    • M-F
    • 1st shift

    Job Description:
    The Quality Manager is responsible for the maintenance of the company's food and feed safety, and quality assurance requirements.


    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and maintain the various programs within the company's various Food and Feed Safety Systems.
    • Lead the HACCP team in regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Lead all the regulatory and customer audits.
    • Offer support to the laboratory and assist in the laboratory if needed.
    • Provide counsel to customers and assist with 3 rd party regulatory compliance.
    • Organize and facilitate food safety meetings, and training sessions.
    • Supervise a team of quality technicians.
    • Work closely with the laboratory department to ensure all products meet customer specifications in colony forming units.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Science required.
    • Quality experience required.
