Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Network Field Support Technician who will install, maintain, and troubleshoot networking and communication systems.This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in Cisco and Ubiquiti networking equipment, iDirect x5/x7 modems and SATCOM antenna/controller systems, including TracStar/Cobham, AVL, Winegard, and Motosat,
and has strong interpersonal skills to explain technical information clearly to end users.
The successful candidate will have the ability to assemble/disassemble equipment, sit or stand for extended periods,
climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. They must also be willing to travel to regional customer sites (approximately 25% of the time).
