- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models, with a focus on Volkswagen vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and resources to identify vehicle problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess overall condition and identify potential issues.
- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or similar environment (Volkswagen experience preferred but not required).
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
