    Role overview:
    Delivery Manager specializing in Capital Markets in an IT services company will oversee onshore delivery of Capital Markets clients. Will plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

    Accountable and responsible for driving vertical growth, P&L, Operational metrics jointly with the VBUs and sales leader and maintaining existing client relationships in order to ensure achievement of planned growth and delivery targets.

    Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Project Management
    Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
    Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
    Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure successful project delivery
    Client Relationship Management
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and effective communication
    Understand client requirements, priorities, and challenges, and proactively align project deliverables with client expectations
    Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services
    Team Leadership and Collaboration
    Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to achieve project objectives with excellence
    Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and continuous improvement
    Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, empowering them to grow personally and professionally
    Solution Delivery Excellence
    Ensure that delivered solutions meet or exceed client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
    Drive innovation and thought leadership in the development and implementation of IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of capital markets clients
    Champion quality assurance processes, conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee the reliability, scalability, and security of deployed solutions
    Business Development Support
    Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our service offerings within existing client accounts
    Contribute to the development of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients

    Skills Required
    Proven experience of 10 years in project management, preferably within the capital markets industry or financial services sector.
    Strong understanding of capital markets products, trading platforms, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
    Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
    Ability to adopt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
