    The Financial Analysis & Reporting team provides value add by:
    Monitoring the development of functional or business budgets, investments and resources.
    Consolidating the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances, and providing respective management reports. Executing high level account analyses, reviews, and ensuring financials are complete and accurate.
    Preparing consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements.
    Overseeing consolidation of balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).

    Monitors utilization of assigned function-specific services, processes or infrastructure (i.e., standards or procedures).Takes over functional processes of comparatively higher complexity (e.

    ,data consolidation, reconciling accounts or claims (as 2nd level escalation instance for an administrative team of coordinators), creates, reviews and documents qualified reports, etc.

    ).Provides focused analytics, and generate qualified non-routine reports to respond the information needs of management.
    Plans regular operations across all processes and stakeholder affected, and may cooperate accountably with service providers.
    Continuously watchout for adaption / optimization of applied standards and methods, and takes over implementation measures.
    Supports related service improvement projects, and may take over specific workstreams for dedicated area.
