    Job Summary:

    The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates patients and develops a speech/language plan of care in areas like speech, language, voice cognition and swallowing.

    Treatment planning involves implementing therapy plans selecting treatment activities revising goals with patient input providing ongoing education training discharging instructions referral services.Patient assessment collaboration establishes treatment programs plan of care discharge plans documentation implementation recording evaluation sessions completing family educate follows up submits required documents General requirements adheres to business practices ethical behavior integrity honesty embraces diversity works together maintains confidentiality attends meetings participates inservices improvement activities communicates effectively organizes workload utilizes materials safely effectivelyStrives lead service principles recovery implement consistently
