Astoria, ORBenefit package includes: Health/dental/vision/life insurance and AD&D 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development assistance Career advancement opportunities Job responsibilities: Responsible for the completion of a wide variety of tasks and keeping assigned areas in a clean and orderly conditionEssential functions: Perform custodial duties such as cleaning buildings and washing windows Maintain and preserve all flooring and/ or covering by scrubbing, vacuuming and sweeping Clean and sanitize rest rooms and associates fixtures Wash walls, windows and woodwork; dust desks, bookshelves cabinets and other office furniture Collect and dispose of all litter, trash and debris on grounds and inside of buildings Education and

Experience Requirements:
Limited schooling with an aptitude for performing a wide variety of tasks. Must understand basic cleaning compounds, disinfectants, etc.

and their proper application Previous experience as a custodian preferred Experience with youth preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds up and down a flight of stairs A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.
