The Bar Manager will be in charge of coordinating all bar operations, managing staff, ensuring high product and service standards are maintained, and establishing procedures for optimal efficiency.

This position offers an hourly wage of $25.

Responsibilities

• Manage bar inventory and product logistics
• Set up event facilities
• Unload materials after events
• Prepare beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
• Engage with patrons
• Understand and address customer preferences, providing recommendations
• Verify customer age according to legal requirements
• Replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Handle customer issues professionally and follow correct procedures

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid training certification
