- Responsible for verification strategy, infrastructure, planning and execution
- Develop and execute automated and manual tests, troubleshoot and debug issues, and create reports.
- Participate in reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents.
- Build and maintain test automation programs.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to engineers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software or Engineering
- 7+ years relevant experience in the design and development of manual and automated verification testing of software and hardware.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Experience working with control software such as Aveva (Wonderware).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Experience with Siemens and PlantPAx software
- Experience at biotech/pharma commercial manufacturing (GMP) facility in automation role
- Experience working with automation hardware
- Experience in Agile development processes and methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps

Job Description:
The Automation Verification Lead Engineer is responsible for requirement's analysis, test analysis, automated test procedure, test execution and maintenance of automation frameworks.
You will work with the Product Care (sustaining engineering) cross-functional teams and lead testers to verify and validate software and automation hardware based on system/component user requirements and functional specifications.
