- Be a technical and consultative tax resource to all professionals in the firm
- Keep up technically and disseminate information to tax professionals and the remainder of the firm as appropriate
- Provide advice relating to a variety of corporate tax structure needs within our client base
- Service a large book of clients
- Consult with other professionals within the firm on technical tax matters
- Assist all client service teams as needed (i.e. manager level review of files, participating as a subject matter expert, etc.)
- Develop strategic business development plan anticipating new tax service needs
- Write articles and newsletters to disseminate tax law changes and issues to clients and prospective clients
- Must possess a CPA or EA
- Must have deep and wide-ranging technical tax advisory skills covering a variety of areas
- Must be skilled at tax planning and consulting
- Must possess proficient computer skills, with particular skills in building financial models
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
