Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze daily operational goals, daily production metrics and developing long term continuous improvement strategies for the Packaging Department.

Analyze and track production gains and lossesOversee all finished goods labeling, filling, packaging, and case sealing procedures in an efficient mannerResponsible for planning and coordination of materials needed for all shift operations.

Review production reports, assess areas of weakness, and propose solutionsEngage and participate in creating the capital plan and equipment implementation reportsParticipate with cross functional teams which include Engineering, Customer service and Planning.

Manage and adhere to all GMPs and relevant SOPs.

Maintain SOP documentation and overall safety and cleanliness of the packaging department and operationsIn charge of hiring, disciplinary actions, training, monitoring and maintaining staff requirementsRequirements :
Must be comfortable communicating with senior management regarding quality and production metricsMust have strong project management skillsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsStrong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box at timesExperience with maintaining quality and safety standards within packaging operations

Pay Details:
