- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Supervisory experience preferred
- This role will manage a team of 12-18 hourly union employees for a machining operation at Seymour Engine Plant (SEP).
- This role will have the responsibility to manage and develop a Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL) and work on a cross functional team with Quality and Machining Engineers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel along with experience in machining environment is preferred.
- Must have a very strong work ethic

- Must be comfortable directing the team on their day to day activities- must be able to be direct and also understand how to communicate.
- Must be able to speak in front of others and conduct presentations

We are looking for a talented Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Seymour, Indiana.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $56,000-84,00.00. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
