Description

Frederick Health's IT department is seeking a Server Systems Engineer with a minimum 3 years' experience in a Windows Server Environment.

Experience and proficiency in various Microsoft systems required.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to be conversant and work well with other engineers and hospital staff, as well as be able to manage, design, document and deploy various hospital applications and technologies.

Required qualifications include:

• Required qualifications include:+ Strong Knowledge on Windows Server Operating systems
• Strong Knowledge of Cisco USC Servers and Infrastructure
• Strong Knowledge Office 365
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory including Group Policy Management, DNS
• Strong knowledge with Virtual Environment (VMWare)
• Good project management skills.
• Knowledge with Imprivata, Citrix, Ivanti EndPoint/Asset, Cisco UCS and Sans a plus
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Additional job requirements:
B.S. in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related Field preferred. Microsoft Certified System Administrator or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer preferred.
